All velno orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery service to ensure your items arrive safely.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
No code is needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential additional fees.
A remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations depending on the carrier. This fee will appear at checkout after entering your shipping address.
Even with free shipping, the remote area surcharge still applies.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
We aim to process all orders within 4 working days, but during busy periods, please allow 5–8 business days for processing.
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link. Delivery times vary by location — please refer to the estimated delivery timeline shown on each product page.
All delivery times are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
You will receive email updates at every stage of your order — when it is in transit, dispatched, delivered, or awaiting pickup at a local post office.
If your package is delivered to a local post office, you will receive an email or SMS notification (depending on your country) informing you that it’s ready for collection.
Our customer support team will also reach out to ensure you’re informed.
Please note that post offices hold packages for a limited time — typically around two weeks, but this varies by country.
If the package is not collected, it may be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier.
velno cannot be held responsible for uncollected packages, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Please ensure you use a valid email address when placing your order so you receive all shipment and delivery notifications without interruption.

Some items may ship from different warehouses, resulting in separate delivery times.
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive individual email updates for each shipment.
During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@velno.com within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our support team can assist you promptly.
